第1条（適用）
本規約は、NeoBuzz Studio 運営者（以下「当方」）が提供する NeoBuzz Studio および関連サービス（NeoBuzz X、NeoBuzz Instagram を含み、以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第2条（アカウント）
- 利用者は、正確な情報を用いてアカウントを登録するものとします。
- 認証情報の管理は利用者の責任で行うものとします。
第3条（禁止事項）
利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- X・Instagram等の連携先プラットフォームの利用規約・開発者ポリシーに違反する行為 （スパム行為、自動いいね・自動フォロー等の不正な自動化を含む）
- 第三者の権利（著作権・肖像権・プライバシー等）を侵害する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為、不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング
- 虚偽情報・誤解を招く情報の拡散を目的とした利用
第4条（AI生成コンテンツ）
本サービスのAI機能は投稿の下書き・提案を生成するものであり、内容の正確性・適法性を保証するものではありません。生成されたコンテンツの公開可否の判断および公開の責任は、利用者に帰属します。公開前に内容をご確認ください。
第5条（知的財産権）
本サービスに関する知的財産権は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者が作成・投稿したコンテンツの権利は利用者に帰属します。
第6条（サービスの変更・停止）
当方は、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容の変更・提供の中断・終了を行うことがあります。 本サービスは開発中のサービスであり、機能は予告なく変更されることがあります。
第7条（免責）
当方は、本サービスの利用により利用者に生じた損害について、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。 連携先プラットフォームのAPI仕様変更・制限等により機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。
第8条（規約の変更）
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更は本ページで告知します。
第9条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of NeoBuzz Studio and related services, including NeoBuzz X and NeoBuzz Instagram (the "Service"), provided by the operator of NeoBuzz Studio ("we"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
- You must register with accurate information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating applicable laws or public order.
- Violating the terms or developer policies of connected platforms such as X and Instagram (including spam and prohibited automation such as auto-likes or auto-follows).
- Infringing third-party rights (copyright, publicity, privacy, etc.).
- Interfering with the Service, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering.
- Using the Service to spread false or misleading information.
4. AI-Generated Content
AI features generate drafts and suggestions and do not guarantee accuracy or legality. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to publish generated content.
5. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property in the Service belongs to us or rightful owners. You retain rights to the content you create and post.
6. Changes and Suspension of the Service
We may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. The Service is under active development and features may change.
7. Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Features may become unavailable due to changes or restrictions in connected platforms' APIs.
8. Amendments
We may amend these Terms as necessary. Material changes will be announced on this page.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
